In Novemeber of 2023, ICMT brought Jennifer Hicks, MM-T, MT-BC, E-RYT to campus to copresent with our vice president Barbara Ashton, MMT, MT-BC for a workshop on Identity Formation in Music Therapy. It was so wonderful for those in person and on zoom to discuss these important topics and how they relate to burnout. Students and professionals alike were able to discuss and learn.
